These Terms govern your use of the Prescrio platform. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.
1. Eligibility
Doctor accounts may only be created by individuals holding a valid medical registration with a recognised State Medical Council or the National Medical Commission of India. Staff accounts are created by the doctor and operate under the doctor's responsibility.
2. Acceptable use
- You will not upload data you are not legally entitled to process.
- You will not share login credentials. Each staff member must have their own account.
- You will not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape data, or interfere with the Service.
3. Platform disclaimer
Prescrio is a software platform only. Prescrio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions. Any safety hints surfaced by the Service (for example, allergy flags or interaction suggestions) are provided on a best-effort basis and must not be relied upon as a substitute for clinical judgment.
4. Doctor responsibility
Clinics and doctors remain responsible for patient care, medical decisions, obtaining patient consent where required, and meeting their regulatory obligations.
5. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts showing signs of misuse.
6. Service availability
We implement reasonable backup and security measures, but uninterrupted availability of the Service cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance and unavoidable downtime may occur.
7. Data ownership
Patient records created or maintained through the Service remain under the control of the respective clinic or doctor.
8. Account closure & export
You may close your account at any time. Following account closure, the clinic may request an export of its records for a limited period. After that period, our deletion and retention schedules apply — see the Data Retention Policy.
9. Platform evolution
The Service is actively developed. Features may evolve, change, or be discontinued over time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect clinic workflows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prescrio's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
