Before you sign up

We collect clinic, doctor, and patient personal & health information solely to deliver consultation, prescription, billing and follow-up care. All sensitive data is encrypted at rest, transmitted over HTTPS, and isolated per clinic via row-level security.

You confirm you are a registered medical practitioner (or authorised staff) and will use the platform strictly for lawful clinical purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of records you create and for the conduct of users you invite into your clinic workspace.

As required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you give explicit consent to collection, processing, and storage of your personal data and the patient data you enter, for the purpose of healthcare service delivery, statutory record-keeping, and account security. You may withdraw consent at any time from Settings → Privacy.
